I. CALL TO ORDER - 8:30 p.m.

Administrative Assistant Barbara Ferguson
Chairman Philip Lindquist read a July 21, 2004 letter from Jeremy R. Downs, Senior Project Engineer, GCG Associates, Inc., of Wilmington advising that one of the abutters was not notified of the public hearing. He requested that the hearing be continued to August 18, 2004 at 8:30 p.m.. He said that revised notices would be sent to all abutters informing them of the new hearing date and time.
Motion to continue the public hearing for Brookside Estates II to Wednesday, August 18, 2004 at 8:30 p.m.: Gerard LeBlanc
